One to one
Closer than a course
Two ways of working directly with me on your own cases. Both are deliberately limited, because both take real time.

A day in practice
You spend a day with me at Cherrybank. Real patients, real planning, and the reasoning said out loud as it happens — including the parts I'd normally keep in my head.
Dentists have been doing this with me for years and it's the single most useful day I can give anyone. It's also the most demanding, for both of us, which is why there are very few of them.
A full clinical day alongside me, with patients
Case planning between appointments, worked through properly
Your own cases brought along and discussed
A follow-up call afterwards, once you've had time to think

Ongoing
Mentoring and coaching
One to one, on your cases, over time. We work through treatment plans together — not so you end up with my plan, but so you end up with a framework you can run yourself when I'm not there.
This is the format I like best. It's slower than a course and it sticks better.
Who it suits
Dentists moving into comprehensive work who have the clinical skills and want the planning confidence to match. Usually people who've done a course, done the reading, and still hesitate when the complex case actually walks in.

Most people start with the study club. Same thinking, in a room, over nine months, at a fraction of the commitment.
